Orders ship from our supplier with tracking. Estimated delivery: USA 8–10 days. Shipping cost: free anywhere in the USA

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

You can return it within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. You cover return postage, and we'll refund the item price once it arrives back with us. Original shipping isn't refunded.

Not received?

If tracking says it was delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help investigate. We may ask for proof from your local post office
