This is a standard pet hair collector brush rather than a lint trimmer/ brush.
It works very well. The fact that it's made of metal makes the tool quite sturdy. I haven't tried it on a variety of surfaces or fabrics, but I recommend it for short-pile synthetic carpets at least.

I have a lot of cats and a lot of fur. I've tried a bunch of different products for cleaning fur. But I really recommend this one. It cleans furniture very well! I have cat beds with long fur, and it cleans the fur from them perfectly. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best option I've tried so far. I recommend it!
